Another step forward!

They removed the tube from Vic’s nose today, as she swallowing finally. Yesterday it was all the ground up soft food. Today was a normal food.

She also was strapped into the walker and managed to get moving in the hall. Getting her up and out of bed is going to be really great for her to be able to take care of herself again.

These are two really great steps into getting her into a full rehabilitation program.

Keep sending the love, prayers, cards, and money!

A message from Angel.

Directly from Facebook:

Unless you have a lot of money VIC will go into a city county state government-funded facility because she is handicapped. Now she is getting her physical therapy at cetera done, so what they will do is they will take every dime that she has they will take her social security away so she will have no money all my contracts below that been signed sealed and delivered will take place, and she will have someone there to take care of her and plenty of guest to come see her and I’m not going to be gone that long most of them three- 4 days but we are going to need this money I love it every time I go to retire or something pops up and I just keep on bumping and grinding haha so I will arrive in the UK on August 30th and be home by the 4th and then I have two and a half weeks off I will go to San Antonio Texas and then I will be going to Portland Oregon in October and Brisbane Australia in November and that’s it so at least we’ll have some money probably between the fund that many of you have given too and what I make we just might make it another 6 months. I have to work right now the money in the PayPal account won’t pay 2 months rent that’s just the rent that’s not the electric gas Etc so please don’t think ill of me but I too have to contribute to the PayPal fund.,…..
Loving you,
Angel
Also I’m sorry that I don’t comment or click like or wish you happy birthday or congratulations Etc but I am very very overwhelmed right now.

Vic swallowed on her own!

We have been very concerned and Vic has been having a rough time, yet she made a huge step forward in recovery today. She passed the swallow test and has been given food for the first time since the strike.

This is great news because its a huge step to being sent into full rehabilitation and eventually home to Angel.

It’s still going to be costly to get there there. Please help them if you can. Send cards, your love, and money if you can.

Stable but not much news

Vic is still stable overall. Not much new to report. She still can’t swallow, which is a huge problem. They want to put in a feeding tube if she can’t get to feeding herself soon. That isn’t a great thing. They are keeping her hydrated again with a drip. Still hopeful. Please send cards. Send money. mzsatansangel@gmail.com

thank you!

Vic sat up today for almost 30 minutes

Vic was sitting up in a wheelchair today for almost 30 minutes. The movement in her toes is getting stronger.  PT is pushing her to be active and proactive in her off time. Angel picked her up some sqeezeballs and light up fidget spinner and Vic is excited to get her hand and arm back to use them.

Vic wanted us to say thank you for all the love.
